How much does a tour cost?
You pay the guide’s fee, a fixed price based on the tour and level, plus the food and tickets included in the route. You see the estimated total before booking.
How does payment work?
When you book we place a hold on your card for the estimate, without charging it. At the end we charge the real amount and release the rest.
Can I book for another day?
Yes. Book now with a guide arriving in minutes, or schedule for the day and time you want.
Which languages are the tours in?
Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. Choose your language and only guides who speak it get your request.
What if the guide cancels or the car breaks down?
We find another guide straight away, often with a free upgrade. If the car breaks down you choose to wait, continue with another guide or stop, and pay accordingly.
How do I become a guide?
Leave your email in the For guides section. Then upload your documents in the guide app (licence, insurance, TVDE or RNAAT permit) and our team approves your account.
Can I give a tour as a gift?
Yes, with a gift voucher from €20 to €500. It arrives by email with a code that becomes credit in the app, valid for 12 months.
